Article 1 — Service Purpose
"Tratoreco" is a web application developed and operated by HAL.F ("Provider") to support self-analysis and record-keeping for FX and financial instrument traders. Access is by invitation only, limited to users explicitly authorized by the Provider.
Article 2 — Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the source code, design, logic, algorithms, wisdom database, UI components, and all other content belong exclusively to HAL.F. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Article 3 — Prohibited Activities
⛔ The following are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service (except where expressly permitted by law)
- Copying, modifying, distributing, or publishing source code, logic, or design
- Creating derivative services, products, or tools based on the Service
- Commercial use without the Provider's prior written consent
- Sharing, sublicensing, reselling, or transferring access credentials to third parties
- Automated access, scraping, or excessive requests using bots or scripts
- Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security measures
Article 4 — Investment Disclaimer
⚠ This Service does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument. It is a personal record-keeping and self-analysis tool only. The Provider bears no responsibility for any trading outcomes, profits, or losses resulting from use of this Service.
All investment decisions are made solely at the user's own risk and responsibility. Investing in financial instruments carries risk; there is no guarantee of return of principal.
Article 5 — Subscription & Cancellation
The monthly subscription ($10.00 USD/month) is processed via Stripe, Inc.
- The first charge occurs immediately upon subscription creation
- Billing auto-renews monthly on the same date thereafter
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds are provided. All fees are non-refundable.

Article 6 — Data Handling
- Trade data is stored exclusively in the user's own Google Drive app folder (drive.appdata)
- The Provider does not access, collect, or process any trade data
- Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply

Article 7 — License Types
- Trial: Limited period set by the Provider
- Standard (monthly): Valid while subscription is active
- Permanent: Perpetual, subject to compliance with these Terms
Access is automatically revoked upon expiration or termination.
Article 8 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Provider does not warrant accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the most recent one-month period.
Article 9 — Termination for Cause
The Provider may immediately suspend access without notice upon violation of these Terms. Copyright infringement or reverse engineering may result in legal action. No refund is provided upon termination for cause.
Article 10 — Modifications
The Provider may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, re-acceptance will be required upon next login. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 11 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
