Google OAuth Scope Declaration
This app requests drive.appdata scope only.
Your trade data is stored exclusively in your own Google Drive's private app folder. The developer cannot access it.
1. Provider
This Privacy Policy describes how HAL.F ("Provider") handles your information when you use the Trareco FX trade journaling service.
2. Information Collected
Authentication (Google OAuth)
The Service uses Google account authentication. Information collected is limited to:
- Google account email address (for access authorization)
- Display name and profile photo (for UI display only)
- Google Drive access token (for data storage only)
Scope Limitation: Trareco requests only the drive.appdata scope from Google. This grants access solely to a private, hidden app-specific folder. We never access your personal Drive files, Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar, or any other Google service.
User-entered Data
- Trade records (P&L, pips, currency pairs, comments, etc.)
- Morning routine records (goals, mood score, checklists)
- Self-evaluation, reflection notes, and evaluation tags
3. Data Storage
Your trade data is never transmitted to or stored on the Provider's servers. All data is stored exclusively in your own Google Drive app folder (drive.appdata). Your data is yours — it stays in your Google account.
Browser localStorage stores only lightweight session state, UI preferences, and language settings.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Service authentication and access authorization (email address)
- User identification within the UI (display name, avatar)
- Storing and retrieving trade data (Drive appdata scope)
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
5. Payment Data (Stripe)
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never transmitted to Provider servers. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. localStorage is used solely for session maintenance.
7. Data Deletion
- Trade data: Revoke app access in Google Account → Security → Third-party apps
- Browser data: Clear cache and localStorage in your browser settings
- Account removal: Contact support@trareco.me
